Born on 17th November 1969 in Belgrade.
At the age of nine, Igor moved with his parents to Mexico for four years, which made him learn to speak English and Spanish fluently. Realising his future would be based on communicating with people in different languages, at only 13 years old he learned Italian and started in the tourist business. Besides that, the job he enjoyed the most was working as an interpreter which gave him the opportunity to travel, visiting 24 different countries around the world, uniting pleasure and business.
As a typical Dalmatian, he is a big sports fan, especially football. Even if he is a grown up now and has a 10 year old child who he adores, all the sport debates he finishes with . . . “there are a lot of clubs that you can cheer for . . . but only for Hajduk Split you live for!!”
ANTE ŠMUKETA
Rental Manager
Born 26th December 1978 in Split.
Educated at University of Economics in Dubrovnik, after which Ante lived and worked in the US where he learned fluent English and his high level of customer service skills. He posses excellent communication and analytics skills necessary for dealing with clients and understanding the legal regulations connected to rentals. Ante speaks fluent English, his native Croatian and some German.

Born 2nd August 1973 in Kotor.
Nataša has a degree in economics and tourism. She likes being a real estate agent for its dynamics and because of her cheerful character – she likes dealing with people. In her free time she enjoys her favourite activity – crosswords.

Born 11th November 1956 in Split.
Zdravko lives on the Island of Hvar and adores his Island, the sea and photography. As a museum technician he attended the University of Philosophy and graduated in History of Art. He is creative and has spent more than 30 years with his Nikon capturing the beauties of the Island of Hvar.
He's fluent in English and Italian and with good understanding of German. His knowledge will keep you on your toes especially the old stories of the fishermen's past. His kindness and friendliness are well known and he has friends from all parts of the earth.
Zdravko is the soul of Hvar's cultural heritage.
TONI PALADIN

Born 12th May 1987 in Split.
Toni has graduated from the famous stonemason school on the island of Brac and his creativity can be seen and felt in the way he shapes the stone. Old stone built Dalmatian properties are Toni's big inspiration.
He is attending college in Split, studying Health and Safety, and has a good knowledge of property valuation. Toni is fluent in English.

OLIVER NEJAŠMIĆ
Born 6th July 1977 in Split, Croatia
Oliver studied as an Administrative Jurist at Law University, Split.
He speaks English and Italian, having worked in Italy for 10 months. He also attended the school of photography and that is his biggest hobby. He is one of the founders of the first beach volleyball club in Split, and was the technical organiser for the first youth volleyball European Championships in Split.
